Sandip Sutradhar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the direction made by this Court on October 10, 2023, the hearing was conducted and concluded by the President of West Bengal Board of Secondary Education on November 28, 2023 and since then the reasoned order has not been communicated till today to the petitioner.

Ranjan Saha, learned State counsel appears for the relevant District Inspector of Schools(S.E.).
Mr. Soumik Ganguli, learned counsel appears for respondent Nos. 4 to 7.
Both the learned counsel for the respondents have confirmed that no reasoned order has been communicated to them till date though they have participated in the hearing also.
Mr. Bibek Dutta, learned advocate led by Ms.
Koyeli Bhattacharya, learned advocate, appears for the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education. A compliance report in the form of affidavit affirmed on January 8, 2024 with the reasoned order dated November 28, 2023 appended thereto as annexure-A at page-6 thereto is filed today in Court, the same is taken on record. Today in Court, a copy of the said compliance report has also been served upon the appearing counsel for the parties.
In view of the above, nothing further survives in the pending writ petition or in the contempt proceeding.
Accordingly, the contempt proceeding being WPCRC 87 of 2015 stands dropped and closed and consequently, the contempt application stands disposed of.
Similarly, this writ petition being WPA 21052 of 2013 also stands disposed of without any order as to costs.
Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
