2. Petitioner has complied with the conditions of bail. He wishes to return to his home and hearth. There is no possibility of trial concluding in the near future.

3. Under such circumstances, conditions of bail imposed on the petitioner to stay within the municipal limits of Kolkata and to report to the Officer-in- Charge of the police station concerned within whose jurisdiction he is presently residing i.e Tiljala P.S once in a week are waived and he is directed to meet Officer-inCharge where he ordinarily resides i.e. Bhagwangola P.S once in a week until further orders.

4. Other conditions shall continue.

5. CRAN 3 of 2023 is disposed of.
