The petitioner has filed the present application being CAN 1 of 2025 praying for recalling of the order dated October 24, 2025 wherein the writ petition was dismissed for default on the ground that none appeared on behalf of the petitioner when the matter was called.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that when the matter was called, the learned counsel was in another court and could not appear before this Court and when the learned counsel reached before this Court by that time, the order had been passed. Immediately, the petitioner has filed an application on November 14, 2025 praying for recalling of the order.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Perused the application.

This Court finds that the petitioner has shown sufficient cause for non-appearance of the petitioner. Accordingly, the order dated October 24, 2025 is recalled.

WPA 22359 of 2024 is restored to its original file. 7.

CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
