We have considered the materials on record. Prima facie allegations show petitioner and his associates attacked the house of the de-facto complainant. They used fire arms and bombs. Bomb remnants were recovered from the place of occurrence. One of the victims suffered head injuries. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 4637 of 2022 is dismissed.
