The writ petition has been filed seeking writs on the bank to consider the representation of the petitioner. The Bank has already issued a notice under Section 13(2) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 after the account of the petitioner had become a non performing asset. The petitioner claims that the representation dated 27.08.2025 made before the Bank and its functionaries have not yet been considered.

Let representation of the petitioner dated 27.08.2025 be considered by the respondent no. 4 within two weeks from date.

With these observations, the present writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
