Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

The State has been able to show contemporaneous documents to substantiate that on 04.09.2023 not only the victim petitioner but the alleged assailants were also medically examined as they had claimed that they too received injuries.

It appears that case and counter case are being proceeding with.

Let the investigation be concluded expeditiously and in accordance with law and keeping in mind the directions passed earlier by this Court in this writ petition. No further order need be passed in this regard at this stage.

However, the police protection granted to the petitioner

earlier shall continue for two more months.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
