For the State Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition and approach the appropriate forum for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that the appropriate forum is the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal.

In view of the above, the writ petition being W.P.A. 22196 of 2022 is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance. There shall be no order as to costs.
