Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits he is in custody for 300 days. It is also submitted that he has been falsely implicated. He prays for bail.

2. Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Victim lady made statement before her mother specifically naming the petitioner as the person who set her on fire. Statement with regard to other inlaws are vague. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
