Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the girl child has been recovered in connection with Bongaon PS Case No. 791 of 2024. Mr. Sengupta, learned advocate appearing for the State submits that subsequently police authorities have concluded the investigation and submitted charge sheet before the jurisdictional court. Learned advocate submits that primarily the grievance ventilated in the writ petition has been addressed.

Accordingly no further order is required to be passed in the writ petition.

Thus WPA 22455 of 2024 is disposed of.
