1. Heard learned Advocates for the parties.

2. The petitioner says that charge-sheet was filed without the CFSL report. He is in custody for 197 days. He prays for bail.

3. Learned State Advocate points out that the CFSL report has been made available and it shows the presence of codeine phosphate in the goods seized from the petitioner. She tells us that 86 bottles of phensedyl syrup was seized from the exclusive possession of the petitioner.

4. In view of commercial quantity of contraband items being involved and keeping in mind the restrictions in Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985, we are not inclined to allow the petitioner's prayer for bail. Hence, the prayer for bail is rejected.

5. The application being CRM (NDPS) 1411 of 2024 is accordingly dismissed.
