This Court has considered the report of the respondent No.7.

The exception thereto is also to be considered. 3.

Having regard to the contents of the report and the exception, this Court notices that the petitioner's name has been sponsored on three occasions to three different employers i.e. the Chairperson, Board of Administrations, Rajarhut Gopalpur Municipality to the post of Mazdoor, the Principal, Mahadevananda Mahavidyalaya, Monirampore, Barrackpore for the post of Laboratory Assistant and the Chairman, Bhatpara Municipality for the post of Mazdoor. The petitioner claims that she has not received any such notice from the employers in this regard.

This Court, therefore, notices that the Employment Exchange, Bentick Street has sponsored the name of the petitioner in terms of the Employment Exchange Act 1959 on three occasions under the EC category.

If the concerned employers have not called the petitioner, her cause of action is against such employers. This Court finds no fault on the part of the respondent No.7.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of without any orders reserving any right to the petitioner to take steps against the concerned three employers.

There shall be no order as to costs.
