1. This intra-Court appeal filed by the writ petitioner is directed against the order dated 18.07.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in WPA 15506 of 2024 which has adjourned the writ petition sine die on the ground that the matter is being placed before the Hon'ble Anomaly Committee to consider the issue. We find no error in the order passed by the learned Single Judge.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that there are several persons who are likely to be effected on the ground of difference in pay scale and it is submitted that several similarly placed persons have been extended the benefit. Since the matter has been placed before the Hon'ble Anomaly Committee, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order and the writ petition shall be kept pending.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the High Court Administration that the Committee before which the matter is now being dealt with is not the Hon'ble Anomaly Committee but the Committee dealing with the issues arising out of Shetty Commission Recommendations.

4. In the result, both the appeal and the connected application stand disposed of on the above terms.
