It appears from the writ petition that several FIRs have been registered on the complaint filed by the writ petitioners.

It is ordered that the investigation into the FIRs be completed by the Narkeldanga Police Station as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month from date.

The prayers for restoration of possession and access to the property, may be agitated by the petitioners before an appropriate civil forum.

Narkeldanga Police shall, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area and in the event the petitioners complain of any further threat from the private respondents, Narkeldanga Police shall take appropriate steps in accordance with law. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
