The writ petitioner complains that Daulatabad Police Station has not enforced the order of injunction passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Second Court at Berhampore in T. S. No. 20 of 2022. 2.

Subject to the order of injunction subsisting, the Police shall enforce any direction of the Civil Court strictly and submit a report before the Civil Court in this regard within ten days from the receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
