1. Read order dated November 20, 2024 whereby we had granted interim bail to the petitioners in view of the delay in progress of the trial.
2. Today, we are shown order sheets of the learned trial Court. It appears that on January 07, 2025 and January 08, 2025, although the accused persons were present in court, no prosecution witness was present. The next date fixed by the learned trial Court is May 17, 2025. Eight more witnesses remain to be examined. It is anybody's guess when the trial would conclude.

3. We are told that there is no adverse report as regards these petitioners insofar as compliance with the bail conditions is concerned. Hence, we are inclined to confirm the interim bail on the same terms and conditions on which the interim bail was granted and we, accordingly, do so.
4. The application for bail is, thus, disposed of.
5. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
6. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
