The petitioner has assailed a letter issued by the Assistant Director of Pension Provident Fund and Group Insurance which is at page 39 of the writ application. However, there is no such pleading in the writ application and it has not been shown despite repeated direction given by this court about the pleading assailing this letter so far as paragraph 5 of the said letter is concerned.

Therefore, the discretionary jurisdiction of writ is not exercised by this court and the writ application is dismissed.
