Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits he is the husband of opposite party. He prays for expeditious disposal of the proceeding under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure lodged by opposite party.

2. Having considered the materials on record including ordersheets I dispose of the proceeding observing in the event petitioner pays all outstanding dues as per interim maintenance awarded to opposite party and continues to do so in future, the maintenance proceeding shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

3. Accordingly, application being CRR 3840 of 2024 is disposed of.

4. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on compliance of all necessary formalities.
