1. Report of compliance in the form of an affidavit submitted on behalf of the alleged contemnor filed in Court be taken on record.

2. It is accepted at the Bar that the order stands substantially complied with.

3. Apparently, all members of the association were not paid. However, authorities canvassed a ground for not paying such persons.

4. In a contempt jurisdiction, we are not minded to enter into the arena as to whether, the authorities were right in doing so. Such issue is kept open to be agitated before an appropriate forum.

5. In such circumstances, C.P.A.N. 1470 of 2024 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
