6,54,128/- on account of arrear salary of the deceased wife of the petitioner for the period of her leave with effect from June 26, 2010 to September 08, 2011 has been paid to the Bank Account of the petitioner on August 14, 2023.

Mr. Ahmed files the written instruction of the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Howrah, the respondent no. 3 herein, dated August 17, 2023, let it be kept with the record.

The grievance of the petitioner has been addressed, as such, no further order(s) need be passed in the matter.

WPA 22207 of 2022 is accordingly disposed of without any order as to costs.
