In spite of service, none appears on behalf of the opposite parties.

The instant application has been filed for restoration of the revisional application to its original file and number on the ground that the Hon'ble Coordinate Bench dismissed the revisional application for default for non-appearance of the parties on 23rd April, 2024. 4.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners/applicants has referred to paragraph 3 of the instant application and submits that on the day learned advocate-on-record could not appear because of her engagement in another Bench.

Perused the instant application, particularly, paragraph 3. The explanation given is found satisfactory.

The prayer for restoration stands allowed.

Accordingly, the order dated 23rd April, 2024 is recalled and the civil revision, being CO 3683 of 2018, is restored to its original file and number.

CAN 1 of 2024 is, accordingly, disposed of.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has referred to the order dated 13th November, 2018 wherein Hon'ble Coordinate Bench stayed all further subject proceeding till the disposal of this revisional application and prays for revival of that order.

10. The stay order promulgated by the order dated 13th November, 2018 stands revived.

11. Let the matter appear in the Combined Monthly List of May, 2025.
