The writ petitioner complains that the private respondents are encroaching upon his land and are effecting construction thereat.

The writ petitioner has lodged a complaint with the Behala Police Station but in vain.

This Court is of the view that the petitioner should take out appropriate civil proceedings against the private respondents in respect of his property. 5.

Behala Police shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

The writ petition is disposed of.

7.

There will be no order as to costs.
