I find that the said information is for recovery of a sum of money. The genesis of which arose from a loan agreement as well as a licence agreement Having considered that the contractual agreement is the foundation of such dispute, it would be, in the interest of justice, for the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional court for necessary relief. The jurisdictional court would assess as also ascertain regarding the genuinity of

the allegations, thereafter, pass necessary directions as he/she deems fit and proper.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 21823 of 2025 is disposed of.
