Considering the fact that the petitioner has cooperated with the investigation and having regard to the nature of accusation and the offence alleged, we are of the view that custodial interrogation of the present petitioner is not necessary.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioner namely, Surojit Kisku, shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure corresponding to Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita. The petitioner shall meet the I.O. once in a week till the submission of the final report. The Signed By :

petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional court within two weeks from date.
3. In the event the petitioner fails to comply with any of the conditions as mentioned above, the trial court shall be at liberty to cancel his bail in accordance with law without any further reference to this Court 4.
Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed.
