The order dated 18th July, 2024 passed by the Secretary, Asansol Municipal Corporation is taken on record.

It appears that 1329.46 sq. ft has been detected to be constructed unauthorisedly. Direction has been passed for demolition of the unauthorised construction. The Corporation is directed to take necessary consequential steps pursuant to the order mentioned hereinabove.

The contempt application stands disposed of.
