Mr. Aninda Bhattacharya .......For the Petitioner Mr. Malay Krishna De Mr. Arunava Maiti .....For the State Mr. Ranjan Saha .....For the Respondent Nos. 5 & 6 The pupil-teacher ratio of the school where the petitioner has been transferred, namely, Bandhgora Primary School, is 46:2. If the petitioner is removed from this school, the pupil-teacher ratio will be 46:1 and it will be impossible to run the school.

Therefore, I do not find any merit in the writ application and the same is dismissed.

If the petitioner thinks that it is impossible for her to work for such transfer, she may resign from this post.

The report filed by the D. I. of Schools (PE), Paschim Medinipur is kept on record.
