Supplementary Affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner in Court today is taken on record. 2.

The petitioner is a Judicial Officer facing disciplinary charges. He prays for quashing of the said charges on the plea that the criminal proceedings initiated against him, allegedly on similar charges, have been quashed by the Court.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner refers to the order dated 24th November, 2023 passed by this Court in WPA 24219 of 2023 in the earlier writ petition filed by

the petitioner wherein the Court directed the High Court Administration to attempt to dispose of the departmental proceeding within a period of six months. The said period expired long ago.

Learned Advocate representing the High Court Administration seeks to revert with an affidavit. 5.

Let affidavit-in-opposition disclosing proper facts and documents be prepared and circulated by 15th of May, 2026.

It will be open for the petitioner to file reply to the same within a fortnight thereafter.

Liberty to mention the matter for hearing on completion of the aforesaid time period.
