Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties.

It appears from record annexed to this writ petition that against the grievance raised in this writ petition, petitioner has already made a representation before the respondent electricity authority concerned on 17th August, 2023, being P.15 to the writ petition and it is the allegation of the petitioner that the same is still pending and has not been disposed of. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 21805 of 2023 is disposed of by directing

the respondent electricity authority concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 17th August, 2023, in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the private respondent or their authorized reprsentatives, within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merit of the aforesaid representation and the same shall be considered by the respondent authority concerned strictly in accordance with law.
