Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he is unable to enter the residence being resisted by certain private respondents. However, according to the report, private respondent no.5 stays at Bajitpur, Sutahata, Purba Medinipur, respondent no.6 stays at Hooghly, respondent no.4 and the petitioner both are senior citizens.

Petitioner was asked by the police authorities to visit Nodakhali Police Station but till date he was not available before the police authorities.

Accordingly, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will visit the police station. The inconveniences faced by the petitioner be addressed by the local police authorities. Police authorities would also see since the dispute regarding the undivided ancestral property is in

existence, police authorities would ensure that no breach of the peace or violation of law and order takes place.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 21905 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
