It is claimed on behalf of the petitioner that the deceased was caught stealing on the day previous to the incident and, therefore, she committed suicide.

The incident occurred within two years of marriage. In view of the period of time involved between the incident and the date of marriage and in view of the fact that the petitioner is the husband and the death occurred at the matrimonial home, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 4625 of 2022 is dismissed.
