On November 27, 2024, the petitioner was granted interim bail primarily on the ground that charge sheet was submitted without the FSL report. Going by the ratio of the decision in the case of Idul Mia reported at 2024 SCC Online Cal 9109, interim bail was granted to the petitioner. 2.

Today learned State Counsel tells us that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions of bail. 3.

We are also told that April 11, 2025, has been fixed as the date for consideration of charge. Therefore, we see that there is little possibility of an early conclusion of the trial. 4.

Since the petitioner is adhering to the bail conditions, we are inclined to confirm the order of interim bail on the same terms and conditions on which interim bail was granted to the petitioner and we do so.
