Petitioner no.1 complains that she is the victim of a family dispute. Additionally, it has been submitted that the husband of the petitioner no.1 is physically handicapped and, as such, she is unable to properly utilize the property. She is facing acute financial crunch. To that effect, information was furnished but no steps have been taken.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that a long standing land dispute is existing between the petitioners and the private respondents. Several information have been furnished which were reduced to General Diary Entry. However, till date, police did

not find any cognizable offence to have been made out.

Learned advocate for the private respondents submits that the petitioners' main purpose is for grabbing the common passage.

Be that as it may, police authorities are in knowhow of the dispute between the petitioners and the private respondents.

Consequently, State authorities would within framework of law take steps either, if required, by way of preventive measure or in case any cognizable or non-cognizable offence is made out by taking appropriate steps in consonance with the provisions of law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 21884 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
