The Deputy Commissioner of Police in charge of Bhadreswar Police Station, if approached by the petitioner for police picket at its own cost, the same be made available, as, prima facie, by way of Bhadreswar PS NCR No. 891 of 2025 dated 15.09.2025, it is reflected that certain individuals have been raising obstruction for raising the boundary wall of the jute mill.

The Deputy Commissioner would

also ensure that the petitioner is not faced with any resistance. On the other hand, the petitioner would also ensure that the rubles/debris which were collected, if any, be disposed of at an appropriate place as would be directed by the police authorities.

In case, the petitioner is faced with any inconvenience, he would approach the Deputy Commissioner of Police with an appropriate application for ventilating its grievance(s) and the Deputy Commissioner would ensure that the life and liberty of the petitioner/its employees are not at stake.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 21977 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
