Case No. 219 of 2004 was challenged before the ld. Sessions Court in a revisional application. As such, this order of the ld. Magistrate has lost its force pursuant to the Sessions Court having delivered its verdict.

The petitioner intends to challenge the order passed by the ld. Sessions Judge.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 3663 of 2022 along with CRAN 1 of 2023 is dismissed as infructuous. Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. However, the petitioner would be at liberty, if so advised, to challenge the order of the ld. Sessions Court.
