It appears that the gram panchayat has found some unauthorized construction and has already taken steps with regard to the alleged unauthorized construction. Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of. Contempt proceedings are dropped.

The Rules is discharged.

The gram panchayat will take immediate steps by approaching the Sub-Divisional Officer, if not already done and the matter shall be proceeded with in accordance with law.
