In the matter of : Tapan Halder.
.... Petitioner.

...for the Petitioner.
Mr. Subhamay Bhattacharyya.
...for the State.
1.
Petitioner submits he is the de-facto complainant and proceeding is pending before the trial court since 2023. He prays for expeditious disposal of the case.
2.
Mr. Bhattacharyya, learned Advocate for the State is requested to appear in the matter. Copy of the application be served upon him.
3.
I have gone through the materials on record including the order sheets annexed to the petition. Some of the opposite parties/accused are absconding and matter is pending for execution return of warrants issued against them. 4.
Given this situation, I dispose of the petition directing the learned Magistrate to take necessary steps for execution of the warrants against the absconding accused and upon the said accused appearing before the court or in the event their attendance cannot be procured inspite of exhaustion of processes to declare them as proclaimed offender and to
proceed to the next stage of the proceeding and take the same to its logical conclusion at the earliest.

Accordingly, the revision petition is disposed of. 6.
Urgent Xerox certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocate for the petitioner on usual undertaking.
