27.01.2025 Ct. No. 30 S.L No. 37 SM WPA 23279 of 2017 CAN 1 of 2017 CAN 2 of 2017 CAN 3 of 2023 CAN 4 of 2023 Shreyasree Roy Vs State of West Bengal & Ors.
Mr. Pratik Majumder ....for the respondent Mr. Jyoti Prakash Chatterjee Ms. Neelam Singh .....for the State 1.
Learned counsel for the petitioner and the State are present. The private respondents are not being represented.
2.
It appears from the order 16.02.2023 that Coordinate Bench held as follows. "The writ petition was disposed of on September 6th , 2017. An application has been filed for recall of the said order along with an application for condonation of delay. Such applications were filed in 2017.
The Court is of the view that the applicant has lost interest.
Here the applications are dismissed for default." 3.
Now the applicants have once again filed application being CAN 3 of 2023 and 4 of 2023 praying
for condonation of delay and one again praying for recalling of order dated 16.02.2023.
4.
The applicant has once again failed to appear before this Court and as such CAN 3 of 2023 and 4 of 2023 also stand dismissed for default, considering the conduct of the said applicant in filing one application after another and then not pursuing the same when the matter is called.
