The petitioners allege that their private property has been illegally registered in favour of strangers in an illegal and arbitrary manner.

It has been submitted that the owner of the property, that is, the grand father of the petitioners never executed any deeds for transfer in favour of any person whatsoever.

The subject deeds were registered in the year 1999 and 2016 and the property has been mutated in the year 2022.

Copy of the sale deed pursuant to which the transfer took place is annexed to the writ petition. It has been submitted that the same is a fraudulent one and the same is in violation of the provisions of law.

The Court is of the opinion that the grievances of the petitioners cannot be redressed by the writ Court.

The petitioners have several civil disputes, which are required to be adjudicated by the competent civil forum.

7.

The allegation of using fraudulent documents has to be decided by the competent forum.

8.

It will be open for the petitioners to approach the competent forum for relief in accordance with law. 9.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

10.

Certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be made available to the parties.
