Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by alleged inaction on the part of the respondent authority concerned/respondent No. 3 in considering his series of representations annexed to this writ petition and last of such representation was made on 8th August, 2023 as appears at page 64 of the writ petition.
Learned advocate in opposing this writ petition submits several reasons as to why the representation of the petitioner could not be considered and disposed of.
Considering the submission of both the parties this writ petition being WPA 21811 of 2023 is
disposed of by directing the respondent authority concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 8th August, 2023 in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorised representatives within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order. It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in the aforesaid representation and the respondent authority concerned will consider the representation of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law.
