We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties. 2.

Considering the materials available in the case diary, the nature and extent of complicity of the petitioner in the commission of alleged offence and also having regard to the fact that the statement of injured directly implicates amongst others the present petitioner for the injury sustained and also having regard to the nature of injury which appears to be grievous in nature, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioner.
