Petitioner and the private respondents are at loggerhead over a property. To that effect, petitioner informed the Inspector-in-Charge, Chakulia Police station.

The main contention of the petitioner was for recording a General Diary Entry by the concerned police station. Police authorities are well aware regarding the nature of the dispute which is pending between the petitioner and the private respondents. Prosecution has been drawn under section 126 of the BNSS.

Police authorities have in their report contended regarding a long standing civil dispute and the civil court is in seisin of such dispute. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner and the private respondents are in an inimical

relationship, police authorities would continue their surveillance and ensure that there is no breach of the peace and tranquility and in case any directions are passed by the Civil Court, the police authorities would ensure that there is no violation of the civil court's order.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 22118 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
