The petitioner has challenged the proceeding being Special Case No. 12 of 2022 which relates to NCB Crime No. 04 of 2022.

Records of the revisional application reflects that the petitioner earlier on similar issues approached before this Court and by an order dated 17.03.2023 in CRR 597 of 2023 a Co-ordinate Bench summarily dismissed such application. Petitioner is aggrieved by the warrant of arrest/proclamation and attachment issued, I find no illegality in the order passed by the learned Trial Court. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner expresses that the petitioner intends to surrender before the learned Trial Court. In case, the petitioner surrenders before the learned Trial Court and prays for bail, learned Trial Court will consider his application for bail in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 3459 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are disposed of.
