CRIMINAL REVISIONAL JURISDICTION APPELLATE SIDE ( Via Video Conference ) CRR 2528 of 2013 In Re : Sri Subhadeep Chatterjee ........Petitioner.

In the matter of : An application under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The present revisional application has been preferred against the order dated 5th June, 2013 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Barrackpore in M. Case No. 38 of 2013.

I have perused the order so passed by the learned Magistrate and I find that by way of an interim measure, the learned Magistrate awarded a sum of Rs.5000/- per month to be paid to the wife during the pendency of the final disposal of the proceedings under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Having regard to the reasons so assigned by the learned Magistrate, I am of the view that no interference is called for.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 2528 of 2013 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby disposed of. All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. ( Tirthankar Ghosh, J. )
