The matter has appeared in the list under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' for correction of the order dated 28th November, 2022.

The Title Suit number mentioned in the last paragraph of page 2 of the order dated 28th November, 2022 should read as "Title Suit No. 25 of 2001" instead of "Title Suit No. 25 of 2021".

The order dated 28th November, 2022 is corrected accordingly. The remaining part of the said order will remain unaltered.

The department is directed to carry out the necessary correction at once.
