Affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioner be kept with the record.

Petitioner complains that earlier he approached this Court in WPA 3908 of 2024 and subsequently he could carry out his cultivation work but presently he is facing inconveniences at the behest of the private respondents.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that so far as plot no.168 is concerned, the record reflects that the same is holy place as "Pirosthan". Petitioner claims that he is unable to cultivate whole of plot nos.168 and 169.

Be that as it may, so far as cultivation of the property is concerned, that is not the look out of the

police authorities, police authorities would only ensure so far as the law and order situation is concerned. To that effect, the earlier order which has been passed in WPA 3908 of 2024 by the co-ordinate Bench on 09.07.2024 be strictly adhered to. In case there is violation of the order dated 09.07.2024, police authorities would take steps in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 21895 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

Since no affidavits have been called for from the respondents, the accusations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
