The petitioner has filed various documents in support of the plea taken in the petition.

When the matter is taken up today learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that the petitioner's representation (annexure P-1) is already pending for consideration before the respondent no.3, District Magistrate Howrah.

The plea of the petitioner requires factual enquiry which can more properly be done by the respondent no.3. Learned counsel for the State has also submitted that the grievance raised by the petitioner in the representation will be duly looked into.

Hence, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.3 to duly consider the petitioner's

grievance raised in the representation (annexure P-1) after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all the concerned parties and conducting an enquiry, if required.

Let this exercise be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Petitioner is directed to submit fresh copy of the representation before the respondent no.3 along with copy of this order.
