1. Affidavit-of-service filed be kept with the record.

2. The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondents to consider the representations dated 2nd July, 2025 and 13th July, 2025 respectively being Annexure "P-11".

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of making several representations before the respondent no. 5, on several occasions, the last being 02.07.2025, being aggrieved that the petitioner has not been paid wages for the last six months and other reliefs, the Labour Commissioner has taken no action till date, thus causing severe prejudice to the petitioner and his family.

4. On hearing the learned counsels for the parties being the petitioner and the State, the writ application is disposed of with the direction, that

the Labour Commissioner, Government of West Bengal, or any other officer deputed by him shall consider representation dated 02.07.2025 filed by the petitioner praying for relief and dispose of the same, on hearing the respective parties, in accordance with law, by passing a reasoned order, within 60 days from the date of communication of this order.

5. Learned counsel for the State is at liberty to communicate a server copy of this order to the respondent no. 5.

6. Writ application stands disposed of.

7. Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

8. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

9. Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
