1. The matter has been listed under the caption 'To Be Mentioned. It is pointed out by the learned advocate for the petitioners that there are two typographical mistakes in the order dated September 12, 2024.

2. In paragraph 1 of the said order, the word 'not' should be added after the words 'authorities are'.

3. In paragraph 3, the date should be mentioned as '22.08.2024' instead of '15.02.2024'.

4. These corrections shall be effected in the order dated September 12, 2024 and this order shall form part of the order dated September 12, 2024.

5. The learned advocate for the petitioners submitted that though direction was issued in the writ petition, till date Superintendent of Police has not taken any worthwhile action and the petitioners are facing severe threat from the private respondents.

6. This being subsequent events, we grant liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh application duly supported

with affidavit bringing that fact on record and move the said application after serving copies of the same on the learned Government counsel.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
