Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits he has been falsely implicated. There is no injury on the minor victim. He prays for bail.

Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the uncle of the minor who is aged around three years. She had been sexually violated by him. In view of gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

5. Trial court is directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
