It appears from the perusal of the writ petition that a final assessment bill has been raised by the electricity authority for the month of September, 2018, by the order dated 9th October, 2018 which has challenged by the petitioner by filing this writ petition on 6th September, 2023 i.e. after more than five years without any explanation at all for such inordinate delay and annexing any piece of paper in support of such delay.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the parties and in view of the inordinate delay of more than five years in filing this

writ petition without any explanation with any supporting documents, this writ petition being WPA 21819 of 2023 is dismissed.
