No accommodation has been prayed for. When the matter was called on today, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

Accordingly, this matter is dismissed for default and connected applications, if any, are also dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

The department concerned is directed to communicate this order, passed in Court today, to the Court below. The department shall ensure that acknowledgement of receipt of its communication is received. Report of compliance to be placed before this Court after three weeks.
